Gildas Basque Cheesecake (pre-order & pick-up only)
Outsource your dessert duties to Gildas. Pre-order our classic or chocolate Basque cheesecake, finished in the wood-fire ovens at our sister restaurant Firedoor for that beautifully burnt exterior, contrasting to the irresistibly creamy interior.
Serving suggestion: 8 to 12 people.
Pre-order a whole Basque cheesecake for pick-up at Gildas. Our usual pick-up window for pre-orders is Friday and Saturday from 3pm to 5pm. If you would like to pick-up on another day/time, please email hello@gildas.com.au.
